Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our sales and support team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.

• Handle inbound customer queries related to roadside assistance, towing, or vehicle services.

• Follow up on leads generated through ads, referrals, or digital campaigns.

• Schedule service requests and coordinate with the operations team.

• Maintain detailed call records and update CRM systems.

• Share service quotes, offers, and information professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Handle customer objections, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up as needed.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (regional languages are a plus).

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus (training will be provided).

• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp-based communication is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Experience in telesales, customer support, or BPO preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
