This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, making cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain strong connections. The role offers a salary range of ₹20000 - ₹25000 within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide information to customers about our products and services to generate interest.

- Generate leads or close sales based on company goals.

- Follow a script to engage with customers and increase the likelihood of closing sales.

- Record customer data, purchase details, and feedback for easy reference and future communication.

- Develop rapport with clients by addressing their questions and adopting a customer-first approach.

- Meet weekly sales goals, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

- Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi. You will need to handle customer inquiries, provide necessary information, and escalate issues when required. A graduate degree is required, along with a commitment to working five days a week during the day shift.
