Job Description

  • Understand customer need and handle their queries
  • Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
  • Manage time to handle multiple calls
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
 Explain products or services, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
 Generate leads and set appointments for follow-ups.
2. Sales and Conversion:
 Pitch travel packages and services effectively.
 Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
 Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
 Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers.
 Address customer grievances and escalate when necessary.
 Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
4. Database Management:
 Update and manage customer details in the CRM system.
 Record call outcomes and provide daily call reports.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education:
 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
2. Experience:
 Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
3. Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
 Familiarity with phone and communication systems.
4. Interpersonal Skills:
 Excellent verbal communication skills.
 Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
 Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
5. Language Proficiency:
 Fluency in English and regional languages as required.
6. Others:
 Target-driven and self-motivated.
 Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
 Good time management and multitasking skills.

Work Environment:
 Office-based role with a fixed or flexible shift.
 Involves high-volume calling and interaction with customers.
