Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand video requirements, ensuring the videos align with the brand’s goals and vision.
Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring they are compelling, engaging, and suited to each platform’s specifications (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance video content.
Manage video files and assets, ensuring everything is organized and easy to access.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging, original, and on-brand content, including text posts, images, and videos for social media platforms.
Schedule and publish content consistently, maintaining a regular posting cadence.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional interaction with the audience.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of content and strategies.
Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and video editing to continuously improve engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor, social media manager, or in a similar role.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to bring ideas to life through visuals and content.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite) to track social media performance.
A strong portfolio of past video projects and social media campaigns.
