Job Title: Photo & Video Editor (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Photo & Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Photo & Video Editor, you'll be responsible for editing, enhancing, and managing photographic and video content to align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards. This full-time position requires technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to create captivating visuals for digital, print, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Edit and enhance images and videos: Edit, retouch, and color-correct images to ensure quality and aesthetic consistency. Edit and enhance video content, including trimming, color grading, and audio adjustment.
2. Ensure brand consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand style, tone, and visual guidelines.
3. Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing teams to support cohesive visual storytelling.
4. Manage digital assets: Organize and manage a digital archive of images and videos, ensuring efficient retrieval and storage.
5. Quality control: Perform quality checks on final visual assets, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
6. Experiment with new techniques: Experiment with different editing techniques and software to enhance both photos and videos.
7. Resize and optimize assets: Resize images and videos for various digital platforms while maintaining quality and proportion.
8. Stay updated with industry trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in photo and video editing.
9. Architecture photo editing: Edit and enhance architectural photos, ensuring accurate representation of buildings, spaces, and details.

Requirements

1. Proven experience: Proven experience as a Photo & Video Editor, preferably in a professional or corporate setting.
2. Proficiency in editing software: Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
3. Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, composition, and visual storytelling.
4. Ability to work under pressure: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of digital file management: Knowledge of digital file management and best practices for image and video storage and organization.
6. Collaboration skills: Familiarity with design principles and experience collaborating with design and marketing teams is a plus.
7. Degree in a related field: Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Film, or related field preferred.
