Job Description

Take orders and serve food and drinks.
Show the menu and help customers with their queries.
Handle bills and ensure customers are happy.
Set up and clear tables.

Prepare beverages: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
Take orders: Greet customers, understand their preferences, and take their orders
Process payments: Use a cash register to process payments and adhere to cash handling policies
Clean: Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, and utensils
Stock: Stock supplies and retail products, and ensure service stations are stocked
Provide customer service: Build relationships with customers, educate them about coffee, and provide a fun experience
Prepare food: Prepare and serve food orders, such as sandwiches, muffins, and bagels
