Job Description

Take orders and serve food and drinks.
Show the menu and help customers with their queries.
Handle bills and ensure customers are happy.
Set up and clear tables.

Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow

Greet and interact with guests to ensure a memorable experience

Guide and support stewards and junior staff during service

Take accurate food and beverage orders, offer menu recommendations

Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness in assigned sections

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a prompt and courteous manner

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service

Train new team members on service standards and brand SOPs

Maintain high levels of hygiene, grooming, and presentation as per company standards
