Job Description

Take orders and serve food and drinks.
Show the menu and help customers with their queries.
Handle bills and ensure customers are happy.
Set up and clear tables.

️ Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations-

Ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, including front-of-house and sometimes back-of-house operations.

Staff Supervision
Manage, train, and schedule waitstaff, hosts, and other team members to ensure excellent service.

Customer Service
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Quality Control
Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met.

Inventory & Supplies
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure the restaurant complies with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.

Cash Handling & Reporting
Oversee cash register operations, reconcile daily sales, and generate reports.

Team Coordination
Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient communication and service.

Training & Development
Train new staff and help existing team members improve skills and performance.

Problem Solving
Handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently, whether with customers, staff, or operations.
