Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement team in sourcing and acquiring goods, services, and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers for goods, services, and materials.
3. Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors to ensure best value.
4. Manage relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors.
5. Conduct market research and analyze market trends.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
7. Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs.
8. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and optimize storage.
9. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
10. Having knowledge of GRN, MRN.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 8-15 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
3. Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing).
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
