Take orders and serve food and drinks.

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Escort them to their tables and provide menus.

2. Taking Orders
• Accurately take food and drink orders.

• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen or bar staff.

3. Serving Food and Beverages
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly.

• Ensure all items are served according to company standards.

• Check for any special dietary or allergy requirements.

4. Checking In During Meals
• Ask guests if everything is to their satisfaction.

• Refill drinks and clear empty plates as needed.

• Provide any additional items requested by guests.
5. Table Maintenance
• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
