Job Description
- Manage goods, keep record of stocks and storage, and pack orders
- Identify and dispatch quality goods
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage the processing of invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Ensure proper documentation and approval for payments.
Handle customer invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure accurate collections.
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Record journal entries for financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Provide data and support for audits and regulatory compliance.
Support the preparation and filing of GST returns and other statutory taxes.
Ensure timely payment and filing of taxes as per applicable regulations.
Track and record logistics-related expenses, ensuring cost accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with other accounting tasks and special projects as needed.
