Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Coordinator to oversee and manage programs aimed at supporting communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, program coordination, and community development, with a passion for empowering vulnerable groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth implementation of programs.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders, to strengthen program impact.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislations.
Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and capacity-building support.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Coordinator.
Excellent leadership, communication, and community engagement skills.
