We are hiring Dispatch Executive at Club Malwa Pvt Ltd for Mohali Location.

We are a multi product based company which is dealing in the service sector since 2019. At Club Malwa Pvt. Ltd. We develop products that are particularly of user's needs and serving our users is our prime motive.

We are serving USA logistics industry with our product Xpert Logs along with truck dispatching service.

We are looking for a motivated Dispatch Executive to oversee the timely dispatch of goods and ensure smooth coordination between various departments involved in the logistics process. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to schedule and prioritize dispatch activities.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before dispatch, checking for quality and quantity of goods.

• Communicate effectively with drivers and logistics partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.

• Monitor transportation routes and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, inventory levels, and transportation expenses.

• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect goods during transit and storage.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding dispatch and delivery issues, providing timely resolution and excellent customer service.
