Role:

As a Dispatch Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely dispatch of goods. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to begin their career in logistics and supply chain management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of daily dispatch activities.

• Prepare and process dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, and shipping labels.

• Ensure accuracy of orders and verify that items are correctly packaged and labeled for dispatch.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely availability of goods for dispatch.

• Communicate with drivers or transport companies to schedule deliveries and pickups.

• Track and monitor the status of shipments and update relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery confirmations and any discrepancies.

• Assist in resolving any dispatch-related issues or delays.

• Follow all company policies and procedures related to dispatch and safety.
