We are looking for a “Dispatch Executive” in our company, who has a passion for working beyond the limit!!!

We are leading E-Learning Company in Maharashtra & planning to set up with online business channels in Pan India. Home Revise is into Development of E-Learning Software in K12 Segment (Education) with Offline and Online Presence. Also we are into developing of short films which are used for Training and Development in corporate sector. We have Retail products related to education & healthcare. We have our Corporate office is at Thane & having 25 branches all over Maharashtra.

A Dispatch Executive's job is to manage and optimize the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Dispatching:

  Assigning drivers and vehicles to specific routes, ensuring timely deliveries.

• Route Optimization:

  Planning and adjusting routes based on factors like traffic, weather, and delivery deadlines.

• Communication:

  Communicating with drivers on updates, route changes, and any issues encountered.

• Documentation:

  Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including documentation like bills of lading.

• Problem Solving:

  Addressing any delays, issues, or customer complaints related to deliveries.

• Customer Service:

  Communicating with customers about shipment status, answering inquiries, and resolving issues.

• Coordination:

  Collaborating with other departments like sales, customer service, and operations.

• Tracking:

  Monitoring the progress of shipments to ensure they are on schedule and meet deadlines.

• Logistics:

  Understanding and applying logistics principles to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery operations.

Education: Any Graduate

Location: Thane

Salary: Bracket is 12K to 15K
