Salary : Between 13k CTC to 17k CTC
Job Responsibilities
• Handling confirmation of Cash on delivery order
• Communicate with the customer regarding the confirmation of the address
• Have to check pin code service availability on the client panel
• Check and confirm the address of the customer ( Pin code, Landmark, Village, District)
• Handling IVR call
• Handling packed order follow-up
• Sales team customer-related query- Sales team member
• Previous order-related query – NDR
• Check the remarks of the confirmation team do changes accordingly and select the courier partner
• Check the weight & dimension of order
• Check pickup point & Change address
• Generate label, Manifest, invoice and send it to the related seller
Skills Required:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent phone calling skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as typing speed
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasker, prioritize routine work
