Roles and Responsibilities for Logistic Assistant / Dispatch Assistant / Manager:
Logistics Coordination: Manage the dispatch process, ensuring timely delivery and efficient tracking of shipments.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to maintain proper stock levels, oversee the movement of goods, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Customer Interaction: Handle communication with customers regarding product deliveries, scheduling, and troubleshooting any delivery-related issues.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate dispatch records and inventory logs, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Team Management: Oversee a small team (if required), ensuring smooth coordination between logistics and other departments.
Problem Solving: Address issues related to dispatch delays, damaged goods, or customer inquiries in a proactive manner.
