We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch Manager to join our team. This position is entirely back-office focused and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing, label printing, and updating product information on multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our personal website. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling various dispatch-related tasks, tracking lost or damaged products, maintaining data, and performing basic accounting tasks.
Order Processing:
Oversee and manage order processing, ensuring all orders are accurately logged and dispatched on time.
Label Printing & Product Updates:
Generate and print shipping labels for orders.
Regularly update product listings and statuses on Amazon, Flipkart, and our personal website.
Claim Management:
Handle and process Safe-T claims for lost or damaged products as per the company's policies.
Data Management:
Maintain and update order data using Google Sheets or other relevant tools.
Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
Accounting Assistance:
Assist in basic accounting tasks, including managing invoices, expenses, and payments related to dispatch operations.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in dispatch operations, order processing, or a similar back-office role.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of order processing, shipping label creation, and platform management (Amazon, Flipkart & Websites).
Proficiency in maintaining and updating data on Google Sheets or other similar tools.
Basic understanding of accounting processes and tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
