Key Responsibilities:

• Order Taking: Efficiently manage customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and promptly processed.

• Payment Collection: Follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of payments, both on-site and remotely as needed.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.

• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate and advise customers during the order process.

• Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer orders, payments, and account details.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on order status and payment collection to the sales manager and other relevant departments.

• Problem-Solving: Address any issues related to orders or payments in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment processing.
