Job Summary:

Harold Electricals is looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, buffing, chop saw operation, drilling, and supporting welders in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cutting, grinding, and buffing of metal components.

• Operate tools such as chop saws and drills safely and effectively.

• Assist welders in setting up and completing welding jobs.

• Prepare and organize materials for fabrication and assembly.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.

• Carry out other general helper duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a factory or metal fabrication environment preferred.

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety and PPE usage.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Additional Details:

• Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

• Salary: 10k to 11k

• Benefits: overtime pay
