The Factory Helper will assist in the day-to-day operations of the factory, including material handling, machine operation support, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions efficiently to support smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods.

Operate or assist machine operators in running production machinery.

Maintain cleanliness in the factory, including workstations and common areas.

Pack, label, and store finished products properly.

Perform quality checks on materials and products as directed.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in assembling, sorting, and stacking materials as required.

Carry out basic maintenance tasks under supervision.

Report any machine or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
