Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Executive Supervisor with extensive knowledge of Bangalore’s geography to oversee field operations, manage on-site teams, and ensure efficient service execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing service efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Team Supervision:
Lead and manage field executives in day-to-day operations.
Assign service requests efficiently based on location and priority.
Monitor and evaluate field staff performance, ensuring adherence to company policies.
2. Geographical Management:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of Bangalore’s localities to optimize route planning.
Ensure timely service delivery by effectively managing logistics.
Address location-specific challenges such as traffic conditions and accessibility constraints.
3. Service Operations & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to service protocols and quality standards by field executives.
Conduct site visits to assess service quality and professionalism.
Train and mentor team members to enhance technical proficiency and customer service skills.
4. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
Coordinate with the back-office team to facilitate smooth service execution.
5. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain records of daily field activities, service completion reports, and customer feedback.
Provide regular performance updates and operational reports to senior management.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
6. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure field executives comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Conduct periodic training sessions on best practices and workplace safety.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the service, repair, or logistics industries.
Strong knowledge of Bangalore’s geography, including traffic patterns and key localities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and commanding skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle escalations effectively.
Proficiency in GPS navigation, routing applications, and basic computer software.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in electronics/appliance repair services or a similar industry.
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi for effective communication.
Compensation:
₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
