We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to manage our fleet of vehicles, drivers, and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our fleet, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:1. Fleet Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver management.2. Driver Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers to ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.3. Vehicle Maintenance: Develop and implement a maintenance program to ensure vehicles are in good working condition, meet safety standards, and minimize downtime.4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, laws, and company policies, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.5. Cost Control: Monitor and control fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance costs.6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.7. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance, including metrics on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
