The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the floor area, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and managing staff on the floor. This role plays a crucial part in creating a positive shopping experience, optimizing the floor layout, and ensuring product availability.
Staff Supervision:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of floor staff.
Ensure proper training, development, and performance reviews of team members.
Assign daily duties and tasks to staff.
Handle customer service inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Management:
Ensure the floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
Oversee the presentation of merchandise and visual displays to align with company standards.
Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and coordinate stock management.
Customer Experience:
Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring staff are available to assist and are proactive in engaging with customers.

Sales and Performance Monitoring:
