Job Role:
- Drive and Review process compliance in Hub Ops to ensure targets on On-Time Delivery, Stock control, Asset Control.
- Ensure Safety and Security norm are followed strictly across Hubs.
 - Ensuring adequate high level of process adherence, to ensure consistent hub audit score, so as to avoid critical incidents.
- Drive Productivity of all resources (People, Vans & Assets), Ensure overall regional Hub operations cost – vehicle –CEEs-hub cost are within budget
- Focus on employees attendance and warnings for delivery team, Dispatch of vans on time, Petty cash, cash collection variances and hub stock by constant monitoring through critical daily reports.
- Ensure all hub assets are in proper condition, ensure their timely repairs
- Network and Coordinate with DC, Projects and HR to influence changes needed to grow business and enhance customer experience in his hub area.

Preferred:
-        Strong Knowledge of Logistics processes & Last Mile Operations.
-        Experience in managing a Warehouse/Store and/or Last Mile logistics operations. Min experience of 1 year in managing a Dark Store, Retail Store or large warehouse.
-         Should have experience of managing a team size of more than 50 store employees.
-         Should have good communication skills (English, Telugu & Hindi)
