Roles and Responsibilities

1.      Logistic head Should reach the Hub at 4:00 am or 15 mins before arrival of delivery boys, Whichever is early.

2.      Logistic head Should daily share their live WhatsApp location at hubs, The time at which the live location is shared will be taken as in time.

3.      Logistic head should sort the material immediately for all the boys in his hub and in case there is any shortage, leakage or damage it should be informed on spot on the group and to the F.O and Logistics Manager.

4.      All delivery boys should on load products in their bags as per their lists in front of Logistic head and Logistic head should make sure that products are loaded properly i.e, Milk is loaded in milk bags and Bi-Products in bi-Product Bags. Also he must ensure that delivery boy takes exactly the same number of products as per Challan.

5.      Logistic head should onload all the remaining material in his delivery bag and he must be ready for re-delivery in case there is an issue arrise of no delivery/Leakage/Damage. In case Logistic head is doing any route then also he should have the extra material in his bag. For quick re- delivery.

6.      All Re-Delivery, which are inform by 8:00 am, must be finished before 9:00 am.

7.      In case Logistic head wanted a leave, he has to inform the same to the F.O and Logistics Manager at least 3 days prior. So that F.O can perform his roles and responsibilities on that particular day, also he must cross train few boys who use to come early for double route deliveries, In case of two delivery boys have taken holiday on the same day.

8.      In case of Logistic head absence, the first priority of performing his roles and responsibilities will be of F.O and In case F.O is also not present Logistics Manager has to fill in the role.

9.      Logistic head should keep a record of entire inventory at hub that includes Raincoats, delivery bags etc. He should provide each and every information regarding inventory to the Logistics Manager who will maintain all the records of the same.

10.  Logistic head should make sure that all the delivery boys must be in proper attire which must be well washed & cleaned.

11.  Logistic head should take back all the things such as bag, Raincoats etc. from the delivery boys who have decided to leave the job. Once Logistic head have taken back all the things he should update that with the F.O and the manager, so that company can move ahead with the full and final settlement of that delivery boy.

12.  In case Logistic head wants to leave the job he has to inform with the help of mail to the company at least 30 days prior of leaving, He must handover all the inventory related data to the F.O, Manager and HR Via E-Mail.

13.  Logistic head should provide a regular update on reports, cx queries raised by cs team, address confirmation and compliance on concerned platform

14.  Logistic head should not be associated with any other organization, especially during our company’s working hrs. If found, will be terminated on the spot and also the salary for that particular month will be deducted (Please Note: Company have the rights to decide the deduction amount)

15.  Logistic head should provide full training regarding app, on Loading of products in their bags and how to behave with customers to the new Delivery Boys.

16.  Logistic head should be fully aware of all the delivery routes under his hub

17.  Logistic head should greet customers while on call or at the time of delivery

18.  Logistic head should have a physical map of its hubs routes

19.  Logistic head should have data of the distance travelled by each DB

20.  F.O. should provide daily report of field visits , depo shortages , leakages etc on daily basis on concerned platform.

21.  All RTO Rules, Laws and regulation has to be followed strictly. Helmet wearing is mandatory.

23.  Logistic head should serves his notice period of 7 days. (If they fail, a deduction will be levied, Please Note: Company have the rights to decide the deduction amount)
