Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export-Import Documentation Executive to manage and oversee all aspects of our international shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with global trade regulations, coordinate with various stakeholders, and maintain accurate records to facilitate smooth import and export operations.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Prepare and manage all necessary import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.

• Communication: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to gather and verify documentation requirements

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all documents and transactions in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements

• Problem Solving: Address any documentation-related issues that may arise during shipping and customs clearance processes.

• Reporting: Generate regular reports on documentation status and compliance for management review.​

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.​

• Proven experience in import and export documentation and operations.​

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws.​

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.​
