Job Title: Import Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate preferably B.com

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Budget: Maximum 30 K but no bar for Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Import Operations:

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for timely import clearance.

•  Prepare and manage import documents such as:

  Purchase Orders (PO), Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists , Bank documentation for LC/advance payment

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle duty payments, customs clearance, and liaise with CHA agents.

• Maintain import data and documentation for audits.

Accounts Responsibilities:

●        Record and reconcile import-related transactions in Tally/ERP.

●        Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.

●        Assist with monthly GST returns and TDS compliance.

●        Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

●        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.

●        Assist in internal and statutory audits.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
