Job Responsibilities
1 Ensure that inventory is properly stored and accounted for. This includes receiving stock, maintaining stock levels.
2 Replenishing and maintaining a clean & organized inventories following established company guidelines. Managing the store layout.
3 Reporting damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement.
4 Supervising other staff members and maintaining a stock record.
5 Rotating stock and disposing of surplus quantities.
6 Ensuring organized allocation of inventory placed in the store.
7 Cross-verifying the monthly report at the end of each month.
8 Coordinate with other departments to meet their storage and distribution needs.
9 Ensuring proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase.
10 Ensuring proper storage of goods following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method.
11 Generating a Material Received Report (MRR) in a timely manner.
12 Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, and other issues to upper management.
