Inventory Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage and monitor stock levels in our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and coordinating with procurement and sales teams to support smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain stock levels across all product categories.

• Conduct daily stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

• Receive, inspect, and record new stock arrivals and returns.

• Update inventory management software with accurate stock data.

• Track inventory movement, transfers, and stock adjustments.

• Generate and analyze inventory reports regularly (slow-moving, near expiry, etc.).

• Coordinate with sales staff and warehouse to ensure availability of fast-selling items.

• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses to the manager.

• Assist in planning stock replenishments and placing reorders as required.

• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and organized storage of all merchandise.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control.

• Support annual audits and monthly stock-take processes.
