Inventory Executive

• Receiving and storing goods: Inspecting incoming deliveries for quality, verifying purchase orders against received items, and properly storing goods in designated warehouse locations.

• Stock level management: Monitoring inventory levels to identify potential shortages or overstocks, setting reorder points, and initiating purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Inventory tracking: Maintaining detailed records of stock quantities, locations, and product details using computerized inventory management systems.

• Physical inventory counts: Conducting periodic physical counts of stock to verify accuracy against system records and identify discrepancies.

• Issuing goods: Processing requests for inventory items, accurately picking and packing orders, and ensuring proper documentation of issued goods

• Reporting and communication: Preparing inventory reports on stock status, shortages, and adjustments, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders like purchasing and sales teams.
