The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the back office, contributing to the overall success of the company.Key Responsibilities:1. Operations Support: - Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational data. - Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.2. Dispatch Management: - Oversee the preparation and dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. - Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery processes. - Maintain dispatch records and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.3. Inventory Management: - Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records accurately. - Assist in inventory audits and help in identifying discrepancies. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory restocking. - Ensure the organization of inventory storage for easy accessibility and management. Qualifications:- Proven experience in a back office or similar role preferred.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management software.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
