Inventory Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations for our electronics retail business. The role involves managing stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and ensuring the availability and accuracy of high-value electronic products across retail locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics or tech retail inventory management, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of inventory control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end inventory operations for all electronic items and accessories.

• Ensure accurate stock levels across store(s), warehouse, and online channels.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for stock planning and movement.

• Monitor daily inventory transactions, stock-in and stock-out reports, and returns.

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.

• Conduct periodic cycle counts, audits, and full physical stock verifications.

• Manage stock transfers between branches and maintain documentation.

• Track and minimize inventory discrepancies, pilferage, damage, and obsolete stock.

• Ensure all products are labeled, stored, and displayed in compliance with brand and safety guidelines.

• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and product demand.

• Use inventory management systems/ERP to generate reports and support decision-making.

• Train and supervise inventory staff and support them in executing daily tasks.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
