Primary Responsibilities

1. Labour Recruitment:

   • Identify, approach, and recruit skilled and unskilled labourers as per the contract requirements.

   • Maintain a database of available labourers categorized by skill sets.

2. Local Area Knowledge:

   • Conduct surveys and identify potential labour pools in the local area.

   • Establish connections with local agencies, panchayats, and community leaders to ease recruitment.

3. Language Proficiency:

   • Communicate effectively in local languages to build trust with potential workers.

   • Translate contract terms and work conditions to workers clearly.

4. Contract Compliance:

   • Explain the terms and conditions of the contract to the recruited labour.

   • Ensure that the recruited workers understand their roles, payment structure, and expectations.

5. Labour Supply Management:

   • Maintain a steady flow of labourers to meet project deadlines.

   • Address shortages or surpluses promptly and efficiently.

6. Documentation and Legal Compliance:

   • Handle onboarding formalities, including identity verification and documentation.

   • Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations.

7. Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and workers.

   • Act as a liaison between workers and contractors for conflict resolution.

8. Performance Monitoring:

   • Keep track of the performance and attendance of recruited laborer's.

   • Provide feedback to contractors on worker reliability and output.
