• Logistics and Fleet Management:

  • Monitor logistics to ensure smooth operations. 

  • Work with the data team to evaluate and report on KPIs for delivery operations. 

  • Ensure the availability of adequate fleet and infrastructure to meet supply demand. 

• Compliance and Safety:

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve the last-mile delivery process, focusing on efficiency, speed, and cost reduction. 

    • Implement process improvements and technology solutions to optimize delivery operations.
