Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized "Logistic coordinator" to join our team at Packtek Packaging. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in purchase executive, with a focus on setting up meetings and supporting teams. This position is open to Male candidates only, and candidates must be based in Delhi(Nagli). The role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the Logistic process and optimizing the effectiveness of the Logistic team. Candidate should be from packaging industry. Candidate have the knowledge of MIS reporting, POD(Proof of Delivery).
Key Responsibilities:
A logistics coordinator is responsible for the efficient and timely storage and transportation of goods. Their duties include:
Supply chain management: Overseeing the supply chain from procurement to delivery, including coordinating and tracking supply chain operations
Shipping and transportation: Coordinating transportation providers, ensuring shipments are delivered promptly and correctly, and tracking and fixing shipping errors
Inventory management: Receiving orders, adding them to inventory, and managing stock levels
Communication: Facilitating communication between production, sales, and distribution, and responding to customer inquiries
Budgeting: Managing distribution and shipment budgets, and developing and analyzing budgets
Quality control: Ensuring that the quality of services meets required standards
Team management: Managing a logistics team, including recruiting and coordinating logistics staff.
Compliance: Ensuring that shipping methods comply with rules, regulations, and laws
The Main responsibilities of Purchase executive
Logistics Coordinator facilitates communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. Their responsibilities often include: Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. An individual who plans, purchases, and delivers products or services for others.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a "Logistic coordinator" role, with a focus on setting up meetings and supporting teams.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement: Male candidates only. Must be based in Delhi.
Working Conditions: Full-time position. (Office-based role in Delhi)
