# Key Responsibilities

1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

2. Customer Service Oversight: Supervise the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and complaints.

3. Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.

4. Customer Relationship Strategy: Develop strategies to retain key customers and grow existing accounts by understanding their evolving needs.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service metrics.
