Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service levels.

  • Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid overstocking or stockouts.

  • Work closely with other departments to align supply chain objectives with business goals.

• Procurement & Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

  • Continuously assess and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure they meet agreed standards and requirements.

• Logistics & Distribution:

  • Oversee the logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and safe delivery of products to customers.

  • Manage transportation networks and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

  • Optimize distribution networks to improve delivery times and reduce costs.

• Inventory Management:

  • Implement effective inventory control processes to maintain appropriate stock levels.

  • Use inventory management systems to track inventory levels and manage orders.

  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods to minimize wastage and losses.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and motivate the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and support.

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Monitor team performance and set clear goals to drive efficiency and productivity.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, cost reduction efforts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Use data to forecast trends and make informed decisions about supply chain processes.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to reduce disruptions.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
