Job Description

As a Operation Manager, You'll be responsible for organizing and monitoring the logistics Cycle from pick up to delivery through Logistics Service Provider. Responsibilities• 3+ years' Experience in E-commerce shipment handling. • Process knowledge: From LR Creation Stage to Last mile delivery stages.• Action plan according to the courier's MIS report status.• Would be Preferred: if Knowledge of Insurance claim i.e. shipment Damage, Lost.Skills• Strong Communication in Email and Verbal• Knowledge of Excel and G-sheet with Good typing speed.
