Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products
Coordination with Stakeholders: Regular communication with supply lines, forwarders, clearing
agents, and transporters.
Coordination for Deliveries of Materials.
Planning and Scheduling: Efficiently plan and schedule deliveries to job sites, ensuring materials
arrive within the required timelines.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with all parties involved to avoid delays and ensure
timely deliveries.
Delivery Planning: Work closely with unloading agencies and the project team to plan delivery and
unloading activities at the site.
On-Site Coordination: Ensure that all activities are well-coordinated to avoid any disruptions during
unloading.
Checking logistics company invoices and reconcile with actual deliveries before passing to accounts
department.
