Logistics Supervisor

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to replacement products and their movement within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of replacement requests, seamless coordination with service teams, and effective inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end replacement product processes, including returns, purchase, approvals, dispatches, and documentation.

• Coordinate with service centers, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure prompt delivery of replacement products.

• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing replacement stock in the warehouse.

• Ensure timely in warding of defective or returned products and proper categorization (repairable, scrapable, etc.).

• Maintain updated records of replacement stock levels, consumption trends, and pending dispatches.

• Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to allocate space and ensure optimal handling of replacement inventory.

• Generate reports on replacement requests, turnaround time, and stock accuracy for internal review.

• Support audits and ensure all warehouse and logistics practices related to replacements follow company SOPs and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3 -5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably handling replacement or reverse logistics.

• Strong coordination and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in reverse logistics

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.

• Familiarity with documentation for returns, replacements, and inward logistics.
