👉🏿 Job Description:

1. Daily market analysis and updating of online price form database.

3. Basis Market Survey - Planning, negotiating and finalizing regular and long term contracts

through separate negotiations with suppliers/mill owners/farmers/VLEs

transporters

4. Ensure loading, availability of labour, weight of such contracted consignments, increase

consignment and payment as per payment terms and facilitate movement of consignments.

5. Track movement of consignments from source point to client end and update FO present

at client end.

7. Ensure balance payment to consignor post-delivery, update all operational and financial

Register and update all online databases.

8. Manage and docket internal and external warehouse data.

9. Maintain labour data.

10. Maintain all warehouse safety and EHS procedures.

11. Maintain all operational costs associated with the warehouse.

12. Manage leave of warehouse employees.

13.Provide daily internal and external updates thrice a day.

14.Maintain transport logs in the warehouse.

15.Maintain daily stock status.

16.Check internal warehouse quality.

17.Complete daily DC forms and invoices of warehouse stock.

Conduct all surveillance drills and monitor CCTV.

18. Will be responsible for business assessment/business intelligence collection and liaison visits with government/semi-government/private sector organizations related to all activities.

Required Skills/Abilities: Semi-skilled - Basic coordination, Ability to use Smartphone and WhatsApp, Flexible to move to location, Must have a two-wheeler.
