Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 4+ years

Package : upto 25k CTC

Location : Jadcherla

Day shifts, 6 days working

NOTE: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with transport companies and in-house vehicles to ensure the timely dispatch of approximately 25 bills daily.

2. Plan and optimize logistics operations to ensure smooth delivery schedules.

3. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to transportation delays or discrepancies.

4. Maintain accurate records of dispatches, invoices, and transport documentation.

5. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics management.

6. Ensure compliance with all transport and safety regulations.

7. Identify areas for process improvement in logistics and transportation.

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong coordination and organizational skills.

2. Knowledge of transportation management and logistics operations.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/logistics software.

4. Ability to handle multiple dispatches and track daily shipments.

5. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
