Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Transportation Management

   • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.

   • Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.

   • Monitor and track shipments, resolving delays and issues.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

   • Oversee inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

   • Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient storage and dispatch.

   • Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and damages.

3. Supply Chain Coordination

   • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to optimize supply chain operations.

   • Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers.

   • Develop strategies for cost reduction and process efficiency.

4. Compliance & Documentation

   • Ensure adherence to local and international shipping regulations.

   • Prepare and maintain logistics reports, invoices, and shipping documents.

   • Handle customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

   • Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance logistics performance.

   • Report on logistics operations, costs, and service levels.
