Responsibility Include:
• Monitor and manage the logistics flow.
• Review Bills of Lading (BOL) for accuracy and consistency with shipment details (e.g., product description, consignee, consignee address, number of units).
• Verify that the BOL aligns with other documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list.
• Track and monitor the movement of goods during transportation and provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate pre-shipment documentation such as invoices, packing lists, export declarations, and paperwork and post-shipment documents.
