Manager / Team Leader

We are hiring a dedicated Manager / Team Leader to join Soham Maritime Private Limited in Kolkata, Dankuni. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Manpower Management, Labour Supervisors and Timely execution of Outward / Inward / RTV / Inventory Audits along with Coordination with Transport and Logistics Team.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduation and 5-7 years of experience in a similar role are eligible for this position. Have knowledge in SPA and Advanced Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Additionally, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and the ability to manage time effectively are a plus.

Preferred : 35 years or above, Married, lives within 10KMs from Dankuni.

Working hour : Minimum 10-12 Hours ( As per Work Pressure )
