Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee and optimize the performance of our drivers and related operations. The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of driver activities, monitoring their performance, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage driver-related documentation and records.Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate the performance of drivers to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.Maintain accurate records of driver attendance, punctuality, and performance metrics.Implement policies and procedures to improve driver efficiency and service quality.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements for drivers.Manage driver documentation, including licenses, permits, and certifications.Coordinate driver payouts, payment recovery, and incentives in accordance with company guidelines.Address driver concerns and provide support as needed to maintain high morale and satisfaction.Collaborate with other departments to optimize driver schedules and routes.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in driver operations.Stay informed about industry trends and developments to inform operational strategies.
