Operation Executive

Note: candidate must open to relocate all over the west bangle and must minimum 6 month experience in last mile operation

Responsibilities:

               Manage last-mile delivery operations to ensure products are delivered on time.

Lead and motivate a team of 40-50 employees.

Work with other teams to improve delivery processes.

Track delivery performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop strategies to improve delivery efficiency.

Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Experience:   experience in AMAZON  last-mile operations (companies like Xpressbees, Delhivery.com, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, etc.). is preferable

Qualifications:

Experience in last-mile delivery operations, especially with Amazon.

Strong skills in Excel.

Leadership experience managing a team of 40-50 people.

Good problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
