Operation Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager – Last Mile Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing large-scale last-mile delivery operations and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. This role requires flexibility to relocate across various branches within West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 40–50 field and operations staff.

• Monitor delivery performance using key metrics and KPIs, and take corrective action when necessary.

• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost optimization across operations.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 1year experience in last-mile logistics, preferably in companies such as Amazon, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, etc.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the logistics/e-commerce sector is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic reporting tools.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
