Packing Staff

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packing Assistant to join our e-commerce team. The role involves preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are packed securely and accurately to meet delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Packing: Pack items into appropriate boxes safely ensuring no damage during transit.

• Quality Check: Inspect products for defects or damage before packing and report issues to the supervisor.

• Labeling: Attach shipping labels, invoices, and promotional materials as per order requirements.

• Inventory Support: Assist in organizing and restocking warehouse shelves with incoming goods.

• Safety Compliance: Follow warehouse safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized packing area.

• Team Coordination: Work with the dispatch team to meet daily shipment deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).

• Experience: 0-1 year in packing, warehouse, or logistics (freshers welcome).

Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.

• Basic ability to read and understand order slips (English/Hindi preferred).

• Physical stamina to lift packages up to 10-15 kg (e.g., power supply shipments).

Attributes:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with e-commerce packing materials (e.g., bubble wrap, tape, boxes).
